Happy New Year is an upcoming Hindi romantic comedy film directed by Farah Khan and starring Shahrukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan and Boman Irani. Two male lead actors are yet to be finalized. The music is composed by Vishal-Shekhar. The lyrics have been written by Javed Akhtar and Vishal Dadlani. The film will release at the end of 2013
